Alpinan valmistamat RCL EVE naisten hiihtomonot ovat osa merkin Racing-sarjaa, joka on tarkoitettu vakavissaan harjoitteleville hiihtäjille, kilpailijoille, sekä niille jotka tahtovat hyvää istuvuutta sekä voimansiirtoa rennompaan hiihtoon.
Monot on varustettu kantaosan säädöllä, anatomisella pohjallisella, thinsulate-eristyksellä sekä hengittävällä 4D-päällisellä tuomaan tehokkuutta sekä mukavuutta.

Bought these to replace an old pair of Alpina combi boots so was slightly worried about the reduced ankle support with a dedicated classic boot. The boots are an excellent fit for a slightly narrow foot and much better than the men’s version which is wider in the forefoot. The foot is well supported by the rigid heel cup and lacing which extends higher than a simple trainer pattern of lacing. I’m currently using them for the first time in Norway with heavy deep snow, and have had warm,dry feet and no problems with blisters. The sole seems reasonably robust in terms of wear walking on the inevitable gravel, particularly compared to my Salomon RS carbon skate boots which wear badly on the sole and clog up with snow and ice in seconds. If you are looking for a dedicated classic boot that’s above the entry level but not at the elite end of the range these are the perfect choice. In terms of sizing I wear size 39 in a normal shoe and the 40 Alpina is a good fit with a thick sock. | |
